Sampaguita-1 Building

This cottage has 8-Bedroom accommodation with 4 air-conditioned rooms for two to three persons, 2 fan rooms for three persons, and 2 double deck fan rooms for four persons. This unit has big lounge area, big balcony, and is made from local materials. The walls are made of double layered wooden board and bamboo matting on both sides, and floors from hardwood lumber and marble found in the islands.

Sampaguita-2 Building

This is a single detached air-conditioned room unit with a double bed and an optional pullout single bed. Accommodating two to three persons, this unit is also made from native materials and stands high on the hill top with the full view of the famous Mount Guiting-Guiting.

Sampaguita-3 Building

This cottage has 2 rooms that separate the male and female guests or family groups, each having a capacity of 6 persons. With a big balcony, it also stands high on the hill top for a breathtaking view of the Mount Guiting-Guiting.

Hibiscus-1 Building

This is a building with 2 units, each with its own large balcony. Each room is air-conditioned, with satellite TV, personal refrigerator, and hot & cold shower. Also made of native materials found in the area, walls are made of a combination of lumber and slate while the floors are made of a combination of hardwood lumber and marble.

Hibiscus-2 Building

A single detached building made of hardwood lumber and slate, this unit stands in a higher elevation with the best view of the mountain and the resort. This single-room unit has its own big balcony, and a room equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, personal refrigerator, and hot & cold shower.

Hibiscus-3 Building

A single detached unit constructed at the hill top for a breathtaking overlooking view of the famous mountain. Concrete walls are lined with slate in the exterior, and bamboo matting in the interior.

Hibiscus-4 Building

A duplex building unit constructed at the hill top for a breathtaking overlooking view of the famous mountain. Concrete walls are lined with slate in the exterior, and bamboo matting in the interior.

Hibiscus-5 Building

A single detached building made of hardwood lumber and slate, this unit stands in a higher elevation with the best view of the mountain and the resort. This single-room unit has its own big balcony, and a room equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, personal refrigerator, and hot & cold shower.

Restaurant

Our restaurant with a bar opens daily from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm and offers both special and native Filipino dishes. We also offer our standard menu a la carte.

Convention Hall

A venue for special occasions like weddings, parties, seminars, meetings, trainings, conventions, retreats, etc. Located at a hill top, it can accommodate 200 to 300 participants at a time.

Enjoy playing billiard and darts during your stay at the resort- Free for our registered guests.

Camping Ground

The grassy rolling hills surrounding the resort serve as the camping ground for mountaineers preparing or culminating their climb to and from the big mountain, the Mount Guiting-Guiting. Also ideal for scout jamborees, this camp has hiking trails where guests can enjoy exploring the area to find the nicest view of nature surrounding it. The tip of the ridge serves as the view point where one can enjoy a 360-degree view of the sea, nearby islands, the fields, and the full façade of the big mountain changing color from purple to dark blue during sunset. The grassy rolling hills are also ideal for garden weddings and parties.

Natural Pool

A portion of the famous Pawala River serves as the natural swimming pool for guests who want to relax and enjoy the cool crystal clear and refreshing waters of the Pawala River. A portion of this river is also ideal for Kayaking. Have picnics using our cabanas made of thatch roof and bamboo benches and tables.

Hiking Trails

Enjoy hiking on the grassy rolling hills with a breathtaking view of the sea and Mount Guiting-Guiting to the river side trails and try finding your way to the forested environment to see various species of trees, plants, and birds.
